City Night

Going to class today taught me two things.

A. If you're so fat that you can't fit in the lecture chairs and parts of you spill over onto other people you need to exercise.

B. There are three types of engineers:
1. Antisocial - Can be seen sitting quietly in a dark corner of the room/lecture hall. Will not talk to you if addressed no matter how friendly you are. Awkwardness will ensue.

2. Arrogant - Can be seen sitting toward the front of the room/lecture hall. Cannot wait to point out a professor's mistakes. Usually asks questions way beyond the scope of the class which makes everyone feel confused and behind. Does not like to be proven wrong. Danger if you happen to do so.

3. Normal - Friendly, semi-social, admits to mistakes. Befriend if opportunity arises.

The spread in my classes have thus far been about 40% antisocial, 40% arrogant, and 20% normal. The reason I bring this up is because I was placed in a group to work on a worksheet and I had one from each of these three categories. The antisocial who quietly scribbled away at his own work and wouldn't give any input no matter what others said to him. The arrogant who couldn't take being critiqued, and finally the normal who was easy enough to get along with.

Anyway, enough with that. Busy busy, work work.
